This rental income guarantee covers the risk of non-payment of rent by the tenant, as well as any property damage they may have caused. It allows you unlimited compensation over time, with no waiting period or deductible.

Management and monitoring of the relationship with tenants: Regular contact with your tenant, and between different parties (CAF...), management of any unpaid rent, insurance claims or water damage, for example, possibility of representation in general meetings of co-ownership (optional)...

Maintenance of your property: monitoring and coordination of necessary repairs to ensure the property remains in good condition after obtaining your approval for the presented quotes.

Reimbursement of amounts owed by your tenant regardless of the reason for non-payment: compensation starts from the 1st unpaid day and is paid monthly. Compensation without duration limitation and without amount limitation.

Coverage of €80,000 for unpaid rents and unlimited for legal fees of litigation up to the overall guarantee limit.

Reimbursement of up to €8,000 per tenant for damage to your property after your tenant's departure
